The main treatments he draws from include Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Psychodynamic principles. Jason’s guided heavily by Attachment Theory and how this informs the way we understand both the parent-child relationship, and the romantic partner relationship. He applies an understanding of how Trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences can shape our physiological, neurological, psychological, and interpersonal health.
